The Submit Button Keep On Spinning For Minutes

Normally it would take only 30 to 90 seconds for all our app to generate results. If the Submit button keeps on spinning for >2 minutes, most of the times it is a browser cache issue. Simply refresh the page and try to click the Submit button once again.

No Results Generated After The Submit Button Finish

If that happens, most of the times it is because the AI server was busy. You could wait for 10 seconds and simply try again.

We understand that doing a server host migration during a heavy traffic posses the risk of a service downtime. What URL Can I Submit Into The Software?

You can pretty much paste and submit any public URL such as: a blog post, an article, a sales page, or social posts including Reddit links, Threads posts, X tweets, and Facebook posts.

As long as they are: publicly accessible, not blocking AI agent crawlers, not a redirection link, and not either has too short or too long content. If the content is too short, the AI won't be able to chunk them into several carousel content.

No Carousel Generated, Loading Bar Keeps Spinning, etc.

When that happens, 99% of the case it is because the AI server is on overload. You could wait a few seconds or minutes and simply try again. AI servers overload is a common issue in any AI models, however they rarely go down for hours. Most of the time it is only less than 5 minutes. So you simply wait a while and try again.

When there's a new version of the plugin, you should an update notice from your WP Admin Dashboard -> Updates. From that page you can update the plugin using the WP Automatic Updater.

Why I Have to Increase max_execution_time of My Hosting?

Because the plugin will generate image graphics, which requires more time to finish than generating just text content.

Simply tell your hosting support this exact text: "Please increase max_execution_time of my server to 75 or higher".
