FAQs and Support

How to Access My OTO Purchases?

You can access your OTO purchases from this page you are at now. Simply input your Purchase Email Address (Paypal email) on the log in form.

NOTE: if you purchased an OTO using a different email address than your Front End purchase, please contact us here so we can add your OTO licenses to your Front End License Key.

What URL Can I Submit Into The Software?

You can pretty much paste and submit any public URL such as: a blog post, an article, a sales page, or social posts including Reddit links, Threads posts, X tweets, and Facebook posts.

As long as they are: publicly accessible, not blocking AI agent crawlers, not a redirection link, and not either has too short or too long content. If the content is too short, the AI won't be able to chunk them into several carousel content.

No Carousel Generated, Loading Bar Keeps Spinning, etc.

When that happens, 99% of the case it is because the AI server is on overload. You could wait a few seconds or minutes and simply try again.

AI servers overload is a common issue in any AI models, however they rarely go down for hours. Most of the time it is only less than 5 minutes. So you simply wait a while and try again.

What Is Output Language?

Output language is simply the content language for the generated carousel. If you paste an English language URL, the software can convert it into a non-English carousel graphic.

What Output Languages Does The App Support?

Currently the software supports and works best on this language: English US, British (English UK), Canadian English, German, France, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Swedish, Finnish, Dutch, Hindi, Malay and Indonesian.

[Youtube Addon] Video Isn't Converted Into Carousel?

When that happens, 99% of the case it is because the Youtube link format is incorrect.

Correct Youtube Link:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K5qBc4HUSuc

Incorrect Youtube Link:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K5qBc4HUSuc&pp=ugUEEgJlbg%3D%3D

Make sure you input the correct Youtube link. Private video, unlisted, live video and short videos aren't supported yet.

Important Note: Ensure that max_execution_time of your hosting or cPanel is set to 75 or higher. You could consult with your hosting support, simply tell them:

"Please increase max_execution_time of my server to 75 or higher".

However if you are using our Cloud4WP, you don't have to do anything because your server limit is already higher and sufficient by default.
