The AI Return "PRODUCT NOW FOUND" Message?

Mostly it is because the product is too brand new, therefore there are no much information about the product at this current date. I'm still thinking of the workaround for this case. Maybe an option to add the product URL? What do you think?

I Purchased the MAX Upgrade, But My License Key Doesn't Unlock The MAX Version?

Usually it happens because FE purchase email is different than OTO purchase email. Please reach out to us here with Subject: IntelliReview AI License Activation and we will update your License Key.

I Installed MAX version WP plugin, but there is no IntelliReview AI menu?

Please install and activate both the Primary version and MAX version on your website. The MAX version only extend the function of the Primary version, therefore both of them should be active on your website.

How to Update The WP Plugin Version To The Latest Version?

From your WP Admin, navigate to Dashboard -> Updates. If there is a new plugin version, you can easily update the plugin from that page.

How To Use The Plugin:

- Install and activate the plugin as usual process
- Navigate to IntelliReview AI menu -> IntReview AI Settings submenu

Remember to check for plugin updates regularly.

You can do so from Dashboard menu -> Updates.

How To Use The Plugin:

- IMPORTANT: Make sure the Primary version is installed and active first
- Install and activate the MAX version as the usual plugin installation
- Navigate to IntelliReview AI menu -> IntReview AI Settings submenu
- Update your License Key from the License Settings tab

Once again, make sure you install and activate the Primary version first.

After that, install this MAX version too on your website :o)
